High Sensitivity Issues - Independence, Conflicts of Interest, Confidentiality, Fiduciary Duty, and Tax Practice

This course meets the requirement of the SEC Practice Section of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) for 5 CPE hours of independence CPE. It contains the AICPA re-codification, "engagement team" approach to attestation independence impairment, and latest AICPA independence rulings.
