High Sensitivity Issues - Independence, Conflicts of Interest, Confidentiality, and Fiduciary Duty

This course meets the requirement of the SEC Practice Section of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) for 5 CPE hours of independence CPE. It contains the new "engagement team" approach to attestation independence impairment and latest independence rulings.
