Ethics In Corporate USA
This course is designed for:
- Corporations desiring a comprehensive sensitivity training session for both management and general staff employees.

Ethics In Corporate USA begins by sensitizing the participants to ethical dilemmas. Covered are human resources, wrongful termination, discrimination, ADA, sexual harassment, marketing, purchasing, anti-trust, financial fraud, and other organizational problems. This is a hands-on workshop and participants work questions in the class which apply the theory to actual on-the-job cases. Ethics for Corporate USA includes:

Ethics for CPAs
Ethics for CPAs focuses on the AICPAs Code of Ethics. It also relates the Code to legal liability and cites many cases and State Board disciplinary actions. CPA-firm oriented questions and video case studies are worked by the participants. Features include:

Ethics for Washington CPAs
This course meets the requirement of the Washington Board of Accountancy for 4 CPE hours of Washington RCW and WAC specific ethics.
This course is designed for:
- CPA firms desiring a comprehensive sensitivity training session for both firm partners and general staff employees
- Quality Control partners reviewing their firm's internal ethical principles and procedures
- Individual CPAs wanting to meet the WA State Board of Accountancy ethics requirement.
You will learn:
- How to identify issues involved in making professional ethical accounting decisions.
- How to recognize the considerations in analysis and resolution of ethical dilemmas.
- How to apply ethical rules and guidelines to public accounting situations.
- CPA responsibilities and conduct described in the Code of Ethics.
You will gain:
- More confidence in your professional ethical judgments
- Increased sensitivity towards accounting ethical issues and dilemmas
- Familiarity with Washington State's (and AICPA's) ethical reporting and compliance procedures.
This course emphasizes fiduciary duties, conflicts of interest, contingent fees, and commissions. Features include:
- NASBA-approved 4 hour length CPE credit course
- Washington RCW and WAC Codes are covered in detail
- Special emphasis is given where Washington State differs from the AICPA Code
Ethics for CMAs
Ethics for Management Accountants is intended for the financial and accounting personnel outside public accounting and is especially useful for CMAs and CFMs. The workshop begins by sensitizing the participants to ethical dilemmas. Covered are human resources, financial fraud, wrongful termination, discrimination, ADA, sexual harassment, marketing, purchasing, anti-trust, and other organizational problems. This is a hands-on workshop and participants apply the theory to actual on-the-job management accounting cases. Ethics for Management Accountants includes:
- NASBA-approved 4 hour length CPE credit course
- IMA Code covered in detail
- IMA chapter Member Participation Hours (MPH) granted
