Ethics for CPAs focuses on the AICPAs Code of Ethics and relevant provisions in the AICPA-NASBA Uniform Accounting Act (UAA). It also relates the Code to legal liability and cites many cases and AICPA Trial Board disciplinary actions under the Joint Ethics Enforcement Program (JEEP).
