Exam Information

The Washington State Bar exam tests your general knowledge of up to 23 areas of law which are detailed below according to the chapters in our textbooks. The exam takes three days to complete and consists of 24 essay questions. The first two days of the exam test general understanding of the substantive law. The final day tests your knowledge of the rules of professional responsibility (ethics).
